Profile

I was born and raised in Pennsylvania and educated in business administration and accounting.  I was drafted into the US Army in 1967.  I spent my last year in the Army as the Chief Administrator for the Planning and Operations Division at NATO Head-quarters in Izmir, Turkey.

With my honorable discharge in hand, I went searching for a job along with 500,000 other young men who were discharged after the war in Viet Nam.  The only job I could find was Regional Office Manager for a fast growing  specialty  insurance  company

providing life, disability and property and casualty insurance and financing to mobile home and RV market. 

After two years, I became District Sales Manager for Eastern NY State and moved to Clifton Park, NY.  Two years later, I decided to start a from-scratch, independent Property, Casualty and Life insurance agency in Clifton Park.  After seven years I sold the property and casualty business so I could work in the financial insurance business full time.  I spent two years in training and sales for a mutual life insurance company which specialized in the business and professional markets.

Then, realizing that I could not be fair to my clients by representing just one company, I became a life insurance broker which, as it turned out, was my ultimate calling.  I truly enjoy helping people by recommending and providing the best possible financial insurance products for their needs. These are some of the most important decisions that people will make in order to achieve their financial goals, and mistakes can be very costly.
